"The Modern Renaissance Airplane" ??

Well, just when my dreams had subsided on the fantastic KR2 airplane, the owner has put it back up for sale. Of course, they contacted me for the first opportunity to purchase it. Now I'm really depressed after finding out the high quality of the airplane is matched by the price <big tear, left eye> and there's potential for needing money for my daughter to get teeth braces in the near future.
As I see it, the only way for me to get this plane is "devine intervention" or TV show supporters that want to see their name in the credits and possibly on the plane itself. Of course, if I ever got a plane (by whatever means), it immediately becomes "The Modern Ranaissance Airplane" just like my little Aussie Capri convertable is now "The Modern Renaissance Mobile" - note it's been on the show once and will appear again in June '06.
If you know a business or philanthropist that likes their name flying around on a great aircraft or want to see their name on Char-Meck cable TV twice a month (or forever or as long as the show lives), then feel free to pass my along my contact info. I thought about buying a lottery ticked, but of course since I live in NC I'd never win... maybe if I move to a mid-western, square state, then I'd have a chance. But then, I couldn't do my show here in Charlotte <boo-hiss>.
Oh well, as I used to tell my friend when we "happened" upon chairs and a table outside, uptown during lunch, where we could sit and eat; "Allah doth provide" and we're not even Islamic. In other words, if its supposed to happen then it will; if its not to happen..., well I'm just bummed out for a few days and will get over it. I'm starting to eye the riding mower engine, some plywood, and a lawnchair; it may not raise off the ground but it would at least raise eyebrows around the neighborhood - "That [TMRM] guy is at it again!"
Check out the picture below (and previously posted) and tell me if you think it should/could be the new "The Modern Renaissance Airplane". Wouldn't that look great in navy blue letters along the side! <big fantasy grin>- TMRM
